Training programme organized
by Training & Placement Cell to train the skills of students and preparing them
for campus interviews.
Arranging Orientation programmes for first semester students and counseling them
about the necessity of attending training session before campus selection.
Extensive Pre-placement training programmes for Pre-final and Final Semester
Company-specific training on the format of the writing the resumes, body
language and facing the interviews etc.
Conducting Mock/Simulated exercises on continuous basis for Pre-final and Final
Semester students in Aptitude, Group Discussion, Technical and General interview
Batch-wise counseling of students on career-related problems on daily basis by
the mentor faculty in the campus.
Conduct of seminars on Personality Development and on Higher Educational
Prospects on regular basis by inviting eminent consultants from reputed
Organizing Industry Institution Interaction programmes with corporate sector to
bridge gaps between company expectations & academic learning.
Sending the students to different Job Fairs organized by the other agencies to
get public exposure.
Arrangement of Internship Projects to the students and connecting them with the
same companies for final placements.
Arrangement of Foreign Internship projects to develop their global leadership
Semester-wise training programmes in on Total Personality Development are
arranged in the following aspects:
a) Development of verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
b) Development of emotional intelligence & interpersonal skills.
c) Overcoming inferiority & superiority syndromes & hesitant approaches.
d) Development of positive attitude.
e) Development of self esteem & confidence building skills.
f) Value additions for self & the organizations. For eg. Students are motivated
to contribute articles in Adarsh Management Journal, and encouraged to become
member of Bangalore Management Association etc.
g) Development of Managerial & leadership skills among the students.
The training and placement
cell of the college is very vigorously working in planning and training of
overall development of the students before placing them in top companies.
Students are also apprised on continuous basis through seminar and workshops
etc. about higher learning opportunities in India and abroad. A Placement
Brochure is publishing every year for that final batch of students and sending
to companies during III semester to arrange campus selection. Right from third
semester onwards regular training is conducted on total personality development
and personal grooming of the students. The training and placement of the college
is headed by Director of ADARSH and Placement Coordinator
